AMC services of Epsilon Security Systems
All new equipement supplied by Epsilon Security System will be comprehensively guaranteed for one year from the date of supply to include all parts and labour. New full installations will include one year on-site maintenance.
If onsite maintenance is required after one year, or if you are a new maitenance client of Epsilon, annual maintenance cover will be available, payable monthly by standing or order. Our call out charges for non maintenance customers range from rupees 500 to 2500 for the first hour.
The rates listed are for static cameras only and are subject to an initial inspection to ensure that the equipment is in adequate condition and that we are prepared to take on the contract. If work is required to achieve this it will be arranged at an addityional cost in advance of either our Gold or Silver maintenance contract commenting.
